A sales office for a plotted development with a vision to create an experience centre to reflect the serenity, craftsmanship , and nature-centric lifestyle associated with Balinese architecture.

Expectation

An experience centre designed to reflect the vision of creating a Bali-inspired plotted development, offering visitors an immersive preview of the tropical lifestyle, design philosophy, and serene living environment envisioned for the project.

The Outcome

The experience centre was designed to evoke the serene and tropical character of Bali, offering visitors a glimpse into the envisioned lifestyle and the future identity of the development. The design intent was to create a space that not only introduces the project but also immerses visitors in the atmosphere the development aims to achieve. A warm and earthy colour palette was adopted, complemented by the use of natural materials such as teak wood, Italian marble, and a thatched roof to reinforce the tropical aesthetic.
