Maison élégance
A spacious penthouse with an understated sense of grandeur
Type - Residential
Area - 4850 sqft
Location - Bangalore
What we got
A spacious 4 BHK duplex penthouse, filled with natural light, expansive open spaces, and breathtaking views.
Expectation
A well-travelled family with years spent in the US, looking for classic pastel tones and a sense of grandeur balanced to feel elegant without overwhelming the space.
The Outcome
The expansive home was kept open and fluid, with furniture thoughtfully defining the TV lounge, living and dining areas instead of rigid walls. The upstairs lobby continues this sense of spaciousness, softened by a personal gallery of family photographs. A light mauve kitchen, dedicated study, and grand master bedroom overlooking the lake add character, while the children’s room reflects his love for football. The neutral-toned guest bedroom offers a cosy, welcoming retreat.
